.Provide a warm, professional and effective public interface for prospective new

families at every level of enquiry, online, by telephone and in person

. Oversee the admissions process for the school and in doing so communicate with

prospective parents and respond to all enquiries and requests for information.

Provide school tours and detailed informative advice on the registration procedures,

. Continual care and aftention throughout the registration process to prospective

pupils, from initial contact to children meeting their teacher/tutor and completing

their first day at school. Ensuring the TES caring environment and pastoral care

really shows through right from the first.

r Provide informed recommendations on prospective students in line with our School

Admissions Policy.

. Provide statistics to the Senior Management - monitoring pupil numbers, nationality

mix, waiting list sizes, highlighting fluctuations for examPle, continued demand for

places in certain year groups and new possible areas from which TES may gain

additional British intake, i.e. new companies to Kuwait with employees on

accompanied status.

r Liaise with the Director of Studies, SENCO and Heads of Prep and Pre-Prep to

arrange assessments and testing of prospective pupils as required, online or

otherwise.

. Work closely with the lT Manager to ensure the database (|SAMS) meets the needs

of the admissions department and maintain the database with the most accurate

and up to date information. Also provide support for the School admissions part of

the website.

 Organise and take a leading role in 'Assessment days'.

o Liaise with prospective new families to obtain necessary documentation such as

previous academic report and a confidential report from the previous school'

. Arrange interviews where and when necessary for new parents in continuation with

the Head's PA.
